Refund policy

Copenhagen Home Design provides a 60-day full return policy. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day. If you have bought several items from us, you have the option of sending some or all items back. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you only regret part of your purchase.

If you want to return one or more items, contact customer servicemail@copenhagenhomedesign.dk and state your order no. We will then send you a GLS return label by e-mail.

If you regret a purchase, you must pay the cost of return yourself. If you use our return label, this costs DKK 69.

We recommend that our return label is used when returning, as the package can be tracked and therefore there will never be any doubt as to whether the item has reached us. Note! We do not accept packages that are returned on COD or that are sent without postage. We only accept packages that are sent directly to our address.

You can not regret the purchase by refusing to receive the item and / or fail to pick up the item, upon delivery to a parcel shop.

Upon return, you should ensure that the goods are securely packed, as you are responsible for the package / goods until we have received it. Therefore save a receipt from the freight forwarder and possibly track and trace number. Be aware that e.g. handles can easily scratch each other during transport, and it is therefore important that the bags / packaging are not open if you want to be sure that there is no impairment. When returning a waste system, you must use the extra box to protect it during transport, if you want to be sure that the item is not damaged by the return to us.

In the event of a complete return of the entire purchase, we refund, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act §21 para. 3 and 4, the full purchase amount for your account (Ie incl. Standard shipping of DKK 49, -), only deducted return shipping of DKK 69, -

Refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have regretted your purchase. To avoid illegal use of stolen credit cards, we only refund to the credit card with which the goods were purchased. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that it has been returned and received at Copenhagen Home Design at our address.
